Following is the method:
1. Each volunteer translator is provided number of pages which he or she has to translate, number of pages are chosen after discussing with the translator. i.e. as much as the translator wants to do.
2. The Qur’anic text has to be copied from Quran . com

This online live folder contains Qur’anic Collections by Abu Ezra and is updated regularly. The folder contains Nouman Ali Khan Tafsir PDFs, Qur’an Gems PDFs, illustrations etc. The folder can be downloaded also: Click folder actions, then choose download folder to download entire folder. A txt file is placed in main folder giving date of last new material added to folder.
